TransCare is an Aged Care and Community Transport provider operating in the Upper Hunter region of NSW.
We provide a range of services designed for older people who need assistance to remain in their own home and stay socially connected.
Services include domestic assistance, home maintenance and repairs, meal delivery, social support and community engagement, equipment and products, and our transport services.
Our regular door-to-door bus service connects you to our major centres and our cars provide a safe passage to out of town medical appointments.
HomeCaring and TransCare Hunter Limited
TransCare provides entry level Aged Care services on behalf of Home Caring Maitland to older people who reside in the Muswellbrook Shire Council and Upper Hunter Shire Council regions.
